Randeesh has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business.
Randeesh’s expertise lies in the origination, evaluation and structuring of real estate investments in senior and “stretched senior” whole loans, mezzanine debt and equity joint ventures.
Randeesh has successfully negotiated strategic joint ventures and/or loan syndications with LaSalle Investment Management, Starwood Capital, Revcap, Topland Group and LetterOne and executed some of Urban Exposure’s largest deals to date.
Prior to founding Urban Exposure, Randeesh worked as an actuary and quantitative analyst in various roles within the pension, insurance and banking sectors, including as a Credit Risk Analyst for Deutsche Bank and a Market Risk Analyst for Royal & Sun Alliance Investments.
